Do we offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds however if for any reason your purchased goods are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange.  Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. Is it vegan and what does vegan mean?
All products in the Onedown range are vegetarian and vegan friendly.  This means that we do not use any animal by-products. The protein powder range is gluten, lactose, dairy, egg and soy free whilst being organic. Our blends are low calorie, low carb and RSF.

 

When should I have the protein?

That really depends on the individual, their lifestyle and goals. As a general guide we say for breakfast with some healthy good fats or good carbs for fuel. Our protein is perfect to have anytime of the day for a snack, post workout, pre workout, healthy dessert or healthy breakfast.

Should I have the shake on days when I'm not training?

100%, protein isn't only necessary when you're working out, in fact you don't even need to be working out to have protein powder. Protein is a key nutrient to lean muscle mass and our blends are exactly that (Lean!) so its a great product to add into a healthy lifestyle.

What benefits does protein powder have?

It keeps you fuller for longer. It's great for weight management,  weight loss and a big go to when you're on the run and time poor but want to keep it healthy. It contains minerals and vitamins and is great post workout for muscle recovery.  It kicks any nasty cravings you may have, giving its that healthy sweet treat element, thats actually good for you.

What flavour should I get?

That's completely up to you and your taste buds, our flavours all have such key points that make our customers obsessed with them. Best advice.. try them one by one!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and shipping costs are calculated upon checkout, per weight and order. We offer free shipping in AUS on all orders over $100 and $150 in NZ, this is automatically applied upon checkout.

We ship with DHL Express and AUS POST international.

This is not in the control of Onedown and this fee will be specific to your country, not all destinations will charge taxes or duties, it is best to check before placing your order. Onedown wishes to advised you before making your purchase we're not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.

 

America doesn't charge any duties or taxes on orders.

Sadly no, we can assure you won't be disappointed with your purchase ;)

Can I have your protein if I'm pregnant?
Yes, but we always highly recommend you check with your doctor if you have any concerns with any of our products.

Is the protein powder safe to take for anyone?

If you suffer from chronic disease, have other medical conditions or take any other medication, please contact your doctor before taking any of our products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will take 1-2 business days for packing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on location and size. As a guide we say 2-3 days after your order has been shipped for all AUS orders, international will vary per county and tracking will be sent with your order.

How can I track my order?

When ordering, please make sure to use current details. You will be sent an automated email with tracking information once your order is scanned in and processed. If you haven’t received an email, please contact info@onedownhealth.com  with your name and order number.
